The Central Rappahannock Heritage Center archives and preserves historical documents and photographs from the counties of Caroline, Stafford, King George, Spotsylvania and the City of Fredericksburg. The Central Rappahannock Heritage Center was formed in 1997. It is a non-profit 501 C (3) educational and charitable organization and has a staff of all volunteers. The mission of the CRHC is to provide a repository for historically valuable documents on the Central Rappahannock Region, and a center for the scholarly research thereof. The CRHC is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and the first Saturday of every month from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The CRHC has a searchable database on their website at www.crhcarchives.org
