I.E...We roast our own turkeys and slice them by hand "Thanksgiving Style", we roast our pork loins with garlic and herbs and glaze it with our popular fig glaze to create one of our signature sandwiches, The Figgy Piggy. We make our Asian Tuna Salad from Tuna Loins - we don't waste our time, or your money on the canned albacore.....Same thing applies to the chicken we use for our Chicken Salad. Our sandwiches are served with our homemade Parmesan-Black Peppercorn Chips and they are otherworldly. Now open for Breakfast!
