So what do we do? Smoke some of the best BBQ you've tasted. Actually, we've heard all our meats are tasty - peachwood smoked chicken wings, applewood smoked brisket and baby back ribs ... And, okay, we get compliments on our sauces and cole slaw too.
Scottie Hayslett is the Pit Master, and he's got quite a touch when it comes to smoking meats. Robin Hayslett (his wife) fills out the selection with fantastic sauces, sides like macaroni salad, chili, beans, and killer desserts. You'll probably meet both of them when you stop by.
BeameupBBQ doesn't quote prices due to market fluctuations. Since the meats are purchased fresh weekly, the pricing reflects what we have to pay. If we get a savings, we pass it on to our customers. If we get a pricing increase, well... we are trying to stay in business, but we're not interested in gouging our customers. We want to smoke some delicious foods and provide it for a fair price.
