The Blue Ridge Restaurant was established in the Old Citizens' Bank building over 80 years ago. The safe was converted to a walk-in cooler and home style cooking was and remains the norm.
We are 6 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway in downtown Floyd across from the courthouse. We benefit from the scenic Parkway, The Crooked Road, and other drives that surround us. In fact, almost any road in Floyd County can be considered a scenic drive worth taking.
Gail and I bought the restaurant in 1987 and through our staff continue to offer home style cooking at reasonable prices. We make our own BBQ, real mashed potatoes, pinto beans, slaw, potato salad, and desserts.
Stop by Mon-Sat from 6A-8P and on Sunday 8A-4P.
