Executive Chef Author Clark uses only fresh ingredients in this farm-to-table restaurant located in the beautiful Hillsboro countryside. All meals are made from scratch, creating a unique menu that can be categorized as American Contemporary Haute-Cuisine. Meals are served in an intimate 32 seat dining room with additional seating on an outdoor deck and pergola, and a large Assembly Hall for special events and meetings. Grandale Farm offers off-site catering, dinner lectures, and Culinary classes.
