Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is just that, complete with a sign of a longhorn steer out front. A casual rustic old-time Texas-style saloon in downtown Harrisonburg, where you can pop in for a burger and a beer at the long bar that takes up one side of the room. Check out the 6-foot wide cow skull and the owners' beer can collection at over 400 strong and growing. Watch the games or old westerns on four flat screen TV's. Jack Brown's, the concept, was established in 1985. They serve American Kobe Beef known as "WAGYU BEEF" and specialize in hand ground beef patties and homemade chili, a convivial atmosphere, and the local scene. Patio seating will be soon available for an outdoor experience. The upstairs lounge with a private bar is perfect for private parties. Open everyday 11am-2am.
