Beef Wellington stuffed with Mushroom Duxcelle, on Peppered Cognac Demi and Buttered Spaetzle Crisp pan seared Polenta on Basil Stewed Tomatoes (Vegetarian) Tastes like fall! Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter, Goat Cheese & Sage. Swiss 67% a pate studded with dried fruit, dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate crisps resting on balsamic macerated strawberries.
