Three prolific fruit trees in Rowena Fullinwider's backyard compelled the factory's founder to begin her career in gourmet food manufacturing. Visitors who tour the factory will see where Rowena's famous almond pound cakes (Bryant Gumbel's favorite), jams and sauces are made and may visit the gift shop.
