Our Buffalo is raised here on our farm, dry-aged to perfect tenderness and cooked to your specifications. Our almost-famous Paint Bank sub is built on a deep fried bun and topped with hand-cut buffalo chips (potato chips), which are also served with our Buffalo and local grown Beef Burgers.

Please note: Our high season hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Wednesday; 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Thursday through Saturday and 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Sunday. Winter hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Friday and Saturday; 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday; closed Monday through Thursdays.
