The Warm Springs Inn is home to The Table Restaurant, featuring Chef Tom Ruth. Ruth, the former Chef de Cuisine of the Homestead Resort and Spa has created a seasonal menu that is a unique blend of low country cuisine fused with his own west coast style. The menu, which changes with the seasons, may include such selections as sweet corn chowder, New Orleans shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, baked brie en croute, pepper seared rare yellow fin tuna as well as grilled center cut pork loin, portabella steak and char broiled rib-eye as well as a wide array of desserts. The Warm Springs Inn offers a full bar at their Jefferson Pub which is located off the lobby.
