Phoebus has a new dining-drinking spot called The Turtle Bar & Grill!

The Turtle offers daily lunch specials, a 2-for-1 prime rib special on Friday nights, and a jumbo shrimp special throughout the day. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, burgers and comfort foods such as country fried steak and meatloaf. Breakfast is available on weekends.
