Waterstone redefines the idea of casual dining. The decor is distinctly industrial with open exposed granite block walls, heavy timber beams, and an airy atrium. An open kitchen allows diners to see the chefs at work. The outstanding menu includes a variety of delicious, thin crust pizzas made to order in the brick ovens, market fresh salads, as well as grilled Panini and focaccia sandwiches made with restaurant’s own freshly baked bread. Wine is available by the glass or bottle, and the Jefferson Street Brewery, also within Bluffwalk Center, provides distinctive on-tap beer from their micro-brewery. Specialty martinis will also be served for a fun twist on a night on the town.
Outdoor dining is available in the Biergarten when weather permits. A private dining room, accommodating up to 40, is available on the restaurant’s second level.
