The Shenandoah Valley Shriners, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children, will be hosting the 30th annual  Bluegrass in the Park Grottoes Music Festival at Grand Caverns Park. This group consists of three Shrine groups, the Waynesboro Hillbillies Shriners, the Harrisonburg Valley Shriners, and the Caverns Shriners Club of Luray. 100% net profits  received by the Shriners will be donated to the Shriner's Children's Hospitals. Last years festival raised over $12,000 for the Hospitals.

Bands scheduled to perform are: Goldwing Express, Hillbilly Gypsies, Nothin' Fancy, Little Roy & Lizzie, High ground, Dark Hollow, West Wind, Scott Brannon Band, Mark Templeton and Pocket Change, Donnie Mason, Milford Station, Big Country Bluegrass Band, Wildwood Valley Boys, and  more. MC'd by Mark Templeton and sound provided by Rich Freeze. This is a family friendly event, rain or shine.

Primitive camping and bath house available for tents and overnight campers. Campground officially opens on Tues. Sept 8. Bring your own lawn chairs to sit under the tent and enjoy some of the best bluegrass entertainment that the Valley has to offer while supporting the Shriner's Childrens Hospitals.
