Welcome to the Historic Garden Week tour on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, sponsored by The Garden Club of the Eastern Shore and the Garden Club of Virginia.  Homes will be open on Saturday, April 25, 2015.  Tours benefit the restoration of historic gardens and landscapes in Virginia.  This year's tour will feature the following homes in Accomack and Northampton Counties:

     Stratton Manor

     Eyre Hall

     Rinie's Rest

     Sparrow View

     Finney's Wharf

     Crystal Beach Cottage

The 2015 house and garden tour tells the story of four centuries of architectural trends and development. There are fine examples of masterfully designed gardens, woodwork, paneling, faux painting and murals.  Each secluded, pastoral setting provides insight into how life has evolved on the Eastern Shore of Virginia over 400 years.
