Visitors seeking a breathtaking trip may purchase balloon rides for the mornings and evenings of July 3rd and 4th, and again for the morning of July 5th. Launch times are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. or 6:30 a.m. For information and reservations, call 540-461-0402 . Tethered balloon rides, for adults and children, will also be available at 7:30 p.m. on July 3rd and 4th. Reservations are not needed for the tethered rides. There will be barbeque chicken dinners and musical entertainment available both evenings as well. There will also be an antique-car display.  Visitors may bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnics to the Parade Ground to enjoy a beautiful balloon glow at dusk on Tuesday, July 3rd, and a spectacular fireworks display on Wednesday, July 4th at about 9:00 p.m. A bus shuttle is provided for your convenience.
