Friday, July 12.  Kick off the weekend with a block party with band music, food and drink in downtown Covington from 6-8pm.  Gates open at 5:30pm

Saturday, July 13th is the 4th Annual Gran Fondo Alleghany Highlands.
Start time is 8am in Covington and finish is in Clifton Forge, Virginia.
Gran Fondo: 105- mile mountainous course
Medio Fondo: 81-mile mountainous course
Piccolo Fondo: 44-mile mountainous course

Early Bird Price of $60 for Gran and Medio Fondos; Piccolo Fondo $40--early bird ends March 15; after March 15, $75 for Gran & Medio & $50 for Piccolo.

Sunday, July 14 is the Saul Raisin Recovery Ride. Start time is 9 am.
The ride is a slower pace, intended for cyclists of all ability levels, with Saul himself leading, and will go through the beautiful and scenic Douthat State Park, ending with a picnic lunch at one of the park's shelters.
