The Art in the Halls program at the MSV supports Shenandoah Valley artists by providing space where they may organize and display examples of their work. All works are on view in the Museum's Lewis and Glaize Halls on the first floor and are free to the public. MSV admission is not required.

John Burns
Now through June 16
This colorful display by Clarke County illustrator and graphic designer John Burns includes nine playful music- and festival-themed oil paintings.

Julie Read
April 16-July 14
A trip to Africa inspired Winchester artist Julie Read to create this series of watercolor paintings of African wildlife. The works are painted on handmade elephant-dung paper.

David F. Heatwole
June 18-September 15
The themes of energy, synergy, and flux are explored in this vibrant display of imaginative paintings by Martinsburg, West Virginia artist David F. Heatwole.
