The 10th annual Ashland Train Day is a railroad themed event for the whole family. Come visit us at the Ashland Library and neighboring venues along the tracks for a day of fun and excitement. We have railroad music and songs, miniature children's train ride, children's games and activities, lots and lots of model trains (Lego, wooden and electric), model train racing, memorabilia displays, a locomotive moon bounce, food and railroad related vendors, plus our Train Day mascots, the Engineer Bears, and much, much more ! Also the Civil War 150 Historymobile will be located by the Visitor Center.

We also have our real collection of Amtrak and freight trains right out front passing by all day.  Make sure you wave to the engineers, they love the attention.

Please come dressed in your bib overalls, bandana and engineer hat.  We'll be in our best train attire as well.

Bring your camera. Photo opportunities are all day long and our mascots just love having their picture taken with the kids.
