Join us for the Fourth Annual Bluegrass, Barbecue & Brew Festival at Red Hill... embracing the flavors and sounds of southern Virginia at the home of Virginia's passionate patriot and fiery fiddler!
At Patrick Henry's Red Hill, last home and burial place of America's first patriot, visitors will enjoy the beautiful grounds while listening to three bluegrass bands, eating delicious local barbecue, shopping with a variety of artisans and enjoying craft beer and ale from regional breweries .
The Bluegrass bands performing this year are Junior Sisk and Ramblers Choice, The Church Sisters, and Jus'Cauz. Music will begin at 11:45. Be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating!
We will be featuring Virginia craft beer and cider at our festival.
Docents will be interpreting Henry's reconstructed home, original law office and other historical buildings throughout the day.
