Carlyle House, seemingly an unsuspecting historic house museum, is ready to be invaded this summer! Join us for a Summer Camp adventure discovering the lives of the people who lived at Carlyle House through history. This program is a week long Summer Camp, intended for boys and girls ages 9-11. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about 18th century games, clothing, schooling, foodways, trade and money, city life and primary source documents. Activities will include field trips to other museums in Old Town Alexandria, storytelling, art, and games. Space is limited.
