The 2015 Capital Ale House National Beer Expo (NBE) celebrates artisan-made American craft beer and local, artisanal food. From July 16-18 breweries from across the country will gather in Richmond to showcase over 200 of today's best craft beers. Many breweries from Virginia's fast-growing craft beer industry will be available to sample. Over a dozen events, including Taco Throwdown presented by Style Weekly, over three days will give attendees numerous opportunities to taste craft beer while enjoying Richmond's culinary, brewing, and cultural excellence.
Set in the middle of summer during Virginia's rich harvest season, the NBE reflects the changing landscape of America's burdgeoning craft beer industry. This premier event reflects the continuing drive on the part of America's craft brewing entreprenuers to make unique beers that offer extraordinary flavors and complexity and that taste good either on their own or with great food. Thus, the Expo's events explore the astounding quality of American craft beer and how those beers pair with a wide range of farm-to-table, seasonal, and ethnic cuisines.
Admission Fee: There are 10+ craft beer and food events on the schedule, which require a fee to enter.
