Civil War Discovery Camps combine learning, camaraderie, and fun!  Your child may choose to explore civilian life during the antebellum period, or life as a soldier during our Soldier's Life camp. Or, choose the three day camp and experience both! It is an unforgettable experience that brings campers back year after year. Call now to book!

June 21: Antebellum Life ($30)
- Learn to dance the Virginia Reel
-Learn etiquette of the period
-Experience open hearth cooking
-Try the antebellum laundry process
-Make 19th century crafts
-Play games on the plantation

August 9: Soldier's Life ($30)
-March, drill, and skirmish on an actual battlefield
-Fire a rifle-musket
-Aim a mortar
-Witness an artillery demonstration

July 8-10: Experience BOTH! ($100)
