Civil War history will come to life April 5th and 6th as re-enactors and living historians re-create historic battles
and camp life at Endview Plantation in Newport News. The focus this year will be on the 150th anniversary of the Siege of Petersburg. Lectures and demonstrations will be held both days. Sutlers will also be selling Civil War related merchandise. Tours of the house will be offered at a reduced rate. Built in 1769, Endview Plantation functioned as headquarters for Confederate Generals McLaws and Toombs during the Peninsula Campaign of 1862.
Admission Fee: $7.00 per person, childen under the age of 7 are free
