A special exhibit of oil paintings by Dan Bartges will be featured at River District Arts during April and May.  An expert on Color Theory,  Mr. Bartges has lectured on art and color at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, The Arts Center in Organge, VA and other venues.  His newest book describes how you can create harmony with color.

On Saturday, April 13, the artist will be on hand for a book signing and presenting on Color from 1pm to 2pm with a reception immediately following.
