Flint Hill Pubic House homemade quiche with shrimp, jumbo lump crab, spinach and Swiss cheese.
Salad- Strawberry & Feta Salad paired w/ Hitch Hollow Chardonnay-
Romaine, strawberries, feta cheese and almonds tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette.
Entrée 1- Roasted duck paired w/ R.E.D.-
Roasted and breaded semi boneless Peking duck leg quarters, infused with a tart cherry demi glaze and grilled asparagus.
Entrée 2 – Filet Mignon Benedict paired w/ Cabernet Franc- Black Angus reserve filet served on a grilled portabella mushroom topped with poached egg and hollandaise sauce served over hash brown potatoes.
Dessert – Chocolate Pecan Pie paired w/ Starboard Port- Homemade Chocolate Pecan Pie with dark chocolate crust. Drizzled with Starboard Port caramel and served with Homestead Creamery Butter Pecan ice cream.
