The 26th annual Earth Day Roanoke Festival - A free Family Festival to celebrate the earth, in Wasena Park.   Exhibits, Music, Food, Arts & Crafts, and Children's activities.  Learn about renewable resources, with solar panels and electric car displays.  Meet farmers, bee keepers, and community gardeners.  Find resources for tree care, recycling, water projects and energy saving tips.  Music by local musicians.  Food from local vendors.  Children's entertainment with educational games. Located in Roanoke's beautiful Wasena Park beside the Roanoke river.
