Farm to Table Dinner at Pharsalia. 6PM. Pharsalia is all about local. From the food and beverages, to the farms, breweries and wineries, we support them all. Even the chefs who will be preparing these delicious meals will be from the area. Local growers will be present to share information about their farm and farming practices. Our chefs for the evening will be: Dean Maupin of C&O Restaurant, Gail Hobbs-Page of Caromont Farm, and Claudia Gibson of Claudia Gibson Catering & Carry-out Cuisine.
