During academic year 2012–2013, Randolph College Professor of Art James Muehlemann was out of the classroom on sabbatical. During those months, he was prolific in the studio, producing a series of paintings with common imagery and themes. The Maier Museum of Art at Randolph College is pleased to present his work in an exhibition entitled Fear and Wonder in the Thoresen Gallery this spring. Also on view this spring will be Modern Woman: Roles or Reality?, a exhibition curated by students in Randolph College's curitorial seminar.
Fear and Wonder opens with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2014. Enjoy refreshments and a cash bar (beer & wine).
