This is the 23nd birthday for The Fredericksburg Wine Festival which is celebrating it's 7th year of being located on the beautiful banks of the Rappahannock River adjacent to downtown Olde Towne Fredericksburg. Each year the festival is made up of the six ownership wineries and three guest wineries which offer over 100 varieties of Virginia's award winning wines for you to sample and purchase. Since wine does not suit everyone's palate, the festival also offers a beer garden.

As you leisurely roam the river bank we offer staple food vendors and fun food concessionaires along with 30 plus artisans and crafters. Entertainment exists for all ages to include the barrel train, face painting, live music and more. You are more than welcome to purchase your bottle of wine, something to snack on and cop a squat on a straw bale, your lawn chair or blanket under the majestic trees that border the Rappahannock River and listen to the sounds of Steve Jarrell and Sons of the Beach!
