Gallery exhibits and guided tours of the Jamestown Settlement's outdoor living-history areas highlight the culture of the first known Africans in Virginia and the experience of Africans in 17th-century Virginia. At the Yorktown Victory Center, a museum of the American Revolution, visitors can learn about the lives of African Americans during the American Revolution period.
In 2013, Jamestown Settlement admission is $16.00 for adults; $7.50 for ages 6-12. Save 20% with a combination ticket to the Yorktown Victory Center: $20.50 for adults and $10.25 for ages 6-12. Children under 6 are free. Various ticket and package options are available online with Williamsburg area attractions.
