Celebrating its 31st year, this annual festival is a combination of free entertainment on multiple stages, a Bay Education area that also has a children's area and the exciting Tidewater Dock Dogs, dozens of Arts and Crafts booths, 20+ food vendors, and one of the best fireworks displays in the area.
