This August, artists from around the world will get a dose of small town America. And small town America will get a dose of global art. The second annual Harbor for the Arts Festival in Cape Charles, Va., will not only host dancers, musicians, actors, puppeteers and visual artists from around the world, but create an environment for those artists and the community to truly engage with art and each other. The festival includes international workshops with filmmakers, choreographers and dancers. The event will offer free, live art and performances in public spaces at the harbor, the park, the streets and the beach.
