81st ANNUAL HISTORIC GARDEN WEEK HOUSE AND GARDEN TOUR IN ASHLAND, VA

'Ashland - Western Hanover: A House and Garden Tour'

Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. (rain or shine)

Conveniently located within minutes of Short Pump and west Richmond, this home and garden tour of western Hanover/Rockville area offers something for everyone: a horse farm built in 1890 with a new addition, a log cabin built in the 1700s, a working farm with a brick manor that includes a classic car collection, boulders from an ancient ridge of volcanoes, magnificent hardwood shade trees, beautiful gardens, and more.

Advance tickets are $25 for all 5 homes.  They may be purchased online at: www.vagardenweek.org, or by mail. To order by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (before April 19, 2014) to Ann Palmore, 208 Randolph Circle, Ashland, VA 23005.  Tickets will also be available at The Ashwood Garden and Nursery and Cross Brothers Grocery in Ashland, and at Monkee's in Short Pump.
