Holland comes to Haymarket - Northern Virginia farm hosts largest Pick-Your-Own Spring Flower event in North America. April 2015 kicks off the annual Festival of Spring at Burnside Farms in Haymarket, VA. Guests may stroll through the nearly six acres of spring flowers and pick their own blossoms. The festival arrives in late March/Early April when 150,000 daffodils in 30 varieties begin to bloom. The daffodils flower in all shades of yellow, orange, pink and white and many are fragrant. Early/Mid April, 300,000 tulips in more than 200 varieties begin to bloom. The tulips come in every color, size and shape imaginable. May ushers in 150,000 blooming Dutch Iris in 20 varieties of blue, purple, yellow and white. The farms fields are an amazing location for spring photos or a peaceful picnic lunch. Families, schools and groups are invited to visit the farm for their first outing of spring to enjoy a festival that’s fun for all ages.

Admission Fee: $4 per person for any single day entry or $7 per person unlimited re-entry passport for the daffodil, tulip and Dutch iris blooming season. Pick your own flowers - Daffodils -2 stems $1, Tulips $1 per stem, Dutch Iris .75 cents per stem.
