Christmas past comes to life during this special afternoon in Williamsburg's James River Plantation Country. Explore history and holiday traditions while exploring Piney Grove - 1790, Ashland - 1835, and Ladysmith - 1857. You will enjoy the very unique collection of Christmas decorations of the Gordineer that spans five generations!   The tour concludes with hot cider and homemade cookie.

This offering may be arranged for private groups on other dates, and is ideal for a corporate holiday outting. Historic bed & breakfast lodging on the property is available - Please inquire. Piney Grove at Southall's Plantation is a National Register landmark, and is an official site of Virginia's Civil Trails, Virginia's Bird and Wildlife Trail, Virginia's Time Travelers Program and the Jamestown Discovery Trail.
