Jeffrey Siegel delves into the creative genius of three of the most revered composers the world has ever known in his second Keyboard Conversations concert of the season. In a stellar performance, this distinguished pianist explores Beethoven’s ardent, lyrical Sonata No. 24 in F-sharp major, Op. 78; Brahms’ powerful Rhapsodies and intimate Intermezzi; and Bartók’s vibrant, zesty Romanian Folk Dances and tuneful, humorous Rondo. For over four decades, Mr. Siegel has delighted audiences with his virtuosity at the piano and his fascinating insight into the world’s most revered composers and their works.
