Mrs. Walker reveals the story of her arrest in front of The White House on July 14, 1917, subsequent incarceration at the Occoquan Workhouse, and passionate participation in the Prison Parades of 1918-1919. Hear her story as a Quaker woman, supported by her entrepreneur husband, her three children, life at her charming Baltimore estate, "Drumquhazle" and membership in Baltimore's elite "Blue Book" Society. This unique first person character portrayal is offered in commemoration of National Women's History Month.
