September 19th-21st are the dates for the 34th Annual Edinburg Ole Time Festival in Edinburg, VA. In commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of General Sheridan's attempted burning of the Edinburg Mill, the historic mill will be open for tours. This granddaddy of the County Festivals is a fun-filled family weekend and people keep coming back year after year. There are food vendors, oodles of crafters and artists, music on 3 stages, a bed race, a 4K Fun Run/Walk, Civil War events (music/encampments/lectures), and hay wagon rides. There will be a parade, an antique car and tractor show, a Duck Race, Old-Timers baseball & basketball games, a big breakfast, children's activities and lots more. Parking is available throughout the town and food service stands and places to rest are easily accessible. Don't miss it!
