Celebrating 10 years of holiday magic!
Featuring over 200 musicians, Roanoke Symphony’s performance will include holiday classics, a carol sing-a-long and performances by Midwest Emmy®-winning soprano, Adrienne Danrich.
Danrich’s voice has been described as “fresh liquid-silver” and “meltingly tender in its high, floating vulnerability” by Opera News. She made her soloist debut at Carnegie Hall with the New England Symphonic Ensemble. Most recently, she sang the role of Serena in Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess with Dayton Opera and Sister Rose in Jake Heggie’s Dead Man Walking with Fort Worth Opera. Dan rich has also performed with Kenya Opera in various venues throughout Africa in Nairobi and Mombasa.
Piedmont Arts will also be collecting canned goods for Grace Network during the symphony's performance. All non-perishable items will be collected in the lobby by Grace Network volunteers. Lobby doors will open at 6:30 pm for donations.
Admission Fee: $25 Reserved • $15 Adult • $5 Student
