Plumb Alley comes alive with a variety of arts, crafts, food, book sales, and much more! Entertainment abounds with live performances from bagpipes to rock'n'roll. Children will find fun activities, such as face painting, sidewalk chalk competitions, and more! The Festival is a major fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Abingdon. All proceeds go to support charities and charitable organizations in our region. Find it all on the alley between Main and Valley Streets in Historic Abingdon, VA!
