The MSV and Shenandoah Conservatory are teaming up to bring piano virtuoso Silvan Negrutiu to the Museum for this special recital. Mr. Negrutiu has just completed his Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance Degree at SU and his MSV performance— his last in Winchester before he moves to Illinois—will precede his debut recital at the Kennedy Center. The recital will include music written by Ludwig Van Beethoven, George Enescu, and Alberto Ginastera. The galleries will be open from 4 to 9 p.m. and the café will serve dinner, tea, and dessert from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Wine and beer will be available for purchase in the Museum lobby. Performance seating is first-come, first-served; tickets will be available beginning at 4 p.m.
