Start with Soupe d'Oseille (cream of sorrel soup) with Fougasse (provencial bread). The next course will be Supremes de Volaille a l'Ecossaise (chicken breasts with aromatic vegetables accompanied by Taboulee des Croisades (tabbouleh of the Crusades). Desert will be Tarte Poires (pear tart).
