SpringFest is an annual street festival celebrating the arrival of spring & anticipating summer.

Arts & crafts vendors as well as local merchants & organizations line the festival area displaying their wares. Activities include a wide variety of shopping opportunities, crafts, games, pony rides and more.

While in South Hill, visitors can tour the Tobacco Farm Life Museum, the Veterans War Memorial & the Visitor's Center, which houses model train & wildlife exhibits as well as the Virginia S. Evans Doll Museum, all within walking distance from the festival.
