As part of its community outreach efforts, the SMF once again will present a series of free noontime concerts during its Summer Sounds festival. These concerts are free and open to all; families and children are especially encouraged to attend. The twelve performances take place in downtown Staunton, and the music ranges from medieval vocal works to repertoire standards (Bach, Mendelssohn, Schubert, to name a few).
