The acclaimed SMF Summer Sounds opens with a program of overtures ranging from John Dowland to John Cage. World-class musicians perform. Program includes works by Mendelssohn (Hebrides Overture), Rossini's comic overture to The Barber of Seville arranged for piano six hands, and much more. Internationally acclaimed musicians perform. Pre-concert talk at 6:30pm.
