The Patrick Henry Committee invites you to bring your friends and family to a free, public reenactment of the Second Virginia Convention of March of 1775. In the presence of over 100 of colonial Virginia's leaders, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Richard Henry Lee, Patrick Henry defended liberty, uttering the immortal words, "Give me liberty or give me death!"
Reservations are available for groups of ten or more, up to 100 reserved seats. Permission from the Executive Director is required for any reservations above 100 and smaller than ten. There are no reservations for individuals.
We offer reenactments every Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day. These events are FREE, with a suggested donation of $5.00 per person.
For all summer reenactments (except where noted):
1:15 p.m. Doors open, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis
1:30 p.m. Patriotic music begins
1:45 p.m. Reenactment begins (no admittance after program begins or when church is at capacity
