The four-course dinner includes an Antipasta Salad paired with a Shenandoah Blush followed by a Warm Spinach Salad paired with Rkatsiteli. You select the main entree which is a choice of a Rosemary and Garlic Marinated Beef Tenderloin paired with Norton or Grilled Ahi Tuna with a Viognier. Dessert is Apple Blackberry Buckle paired with Vintage Port.
A winery representative and Executive Chef will be in attendance to discuss the wines chosen.
