The historic Smith House is the fourth oldest house in downtown Harrisonburg, built in 1867. It has been renovated and is now home to the Arts Council of the Valley and the Darrin-McHone Arts Gallery.

Changing art exhibits on view daily.

There is also a small sculpture flower garden at the front entrance.
