As commander of Confederate forces in the Shenandoah Valley, Gen. Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson spent much of the winter and spring of 1861-62 in this house where he laid plans for his now famous Shenandoah Valley campaign. The house contains a fine collection of Jackson items, and his office looks much as it did when Jackson was in residence.

Open Daily April 1 to October 31

Hours: Monday-Saturday: 10 am to 4 pm; Sunday: 12 pm to 4 pm

Admission Fee: Admission: Adults $5.00; Seniors $4.50; Students K-12 $2.50; Family $12.00 Visitors may purchase a block ticket for admission to Abram's Delight Museum, Stonewall Jackson's Headquarters Museum, and George Washington's Office Museum. Tickets may be purchased at any of the three museums for the prices listed below. Block Tickets: Adults $10.00; Seniors $9.00; Students $4.00; Family $20.00
