Briar Patch is a historic farm (c. 1805) on 47 rolling acres with majestic mountain views in Middleburg - the heart of Virginia horse and wine country. Located just 20 minutes from Dulles Airport and about one hour from DC.

Our 8 antique-decorated bedrooms in the main house and separate one-bedroom cottage can accommodate 18-20 guests.

We have a large outdoor pool and a hot tub open year round.

Briar Patch is ideal for weddings for up to 200. Hold your rehearsal dinner by the pool. Have your ceremony under a 200 year old tree. Host your reception in our new indoor facility - The Fox Den at Briar Patch - for up to 200 people.

Briar Patch is also a great location for company picnics, business meetings, retreats, family reunions, showers, and other festive occasions.
